Responsibility
• Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong, long- term relationships.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including creative, digital, and PR, to ensure cohesive and effective project execution.
• Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of client projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Business Development: Identify opportunities for account growth and new business within existing client relationships.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic communication plans that align with client goals and objectives.
• Reporting and Analysis: Monitor and report on project performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications:
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management, preferably within a communications or marketing agency.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Skills:
• Proficiency in Canva, Powerpoint, Word, Excel and other tool that use in execution process
• Ability to think strategically and creatively.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
