Account Manager (Event/ Activation)

- Evaluating ideas in the internal review sessions.
- Successfully lead team to run and manage the projects on day to day basic to deliver project quality, good profit, and client satisfaction.
- Verifying and proposing recommendations for Cost Estimate, Expense, Contract,...
- Developing the team by coaching and training team members to improve skills.
- Negotiating with clients and agency staff about the details of campaigns.
- Preparing, presenting, and selling strategies, communication plans, creative concepts and execution plans to clients.
- Troubleshooting problems and work with relevant people to address these issues.
- All detailed information will be discussed during the interview.
- Creating and managing project timing and budgets with all relevant department personnel.
- Coordinating budget processes with Finance Dept., Operation Dept.
- Maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients.

- Excellent vocal and written communication abilities in English.
- Understanding of branding, marketing, and technological trends.
- Experience across various brands, advertising, marketing disciplines. E.g: events, activation, sales promotion, digital is an advantage.
- Strong project management skills, excellent communication, interpersonal and team skills; a proactive and highly organized approach with an ability to motivate, persuade and deal with a broad range of people, from creative to clients;
- At least 5 years of Account Management experience in the Event & Activation industry.
