Account Manager (Fashion/Sport)

KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Applies seasonal campaigns to stores and new product launches.
- Closely working with landlords to develop market mapping, defining new location opportunities, and analyzing category selection proposals.
- Work with Business Development Manager to develop strategic callouts and manage over execution to ensure delivery of customer objectives, brand strategy and channel strategy, and forecast country sales budget.
- Coordinate with internal departments to improve services and meet customer requirements.
- Review Category growth projection, key initiatives by sell- thru. Provide an update of the happenings in the marketplace by category including any market transformation/ elevation projects- update the ‘traffic’ tracker based on the hits/misses for each category to region.
- Drive the annual growth of sales revenue and profitability of these accounts; ensure healthy retail P&L per account.
- Lead and manage execution of key account annual plan in key aspects: Category- directed assortment by country, silo positioning by season, customer profitability and in- store communication.
- Other task under the assignment of BDM
- Doing as a liaison between customers and internal departments to ensure that the work is completed efficiently.

REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to work independently, be dynamic, love the start- up environment is an advantage.
- Strong at brand management, consumer understanding, creative & strategic knowledge.
- Experience related to Wholesale/ Retail in the field of Fashion/ Sport/ Golf/ Ecommerce.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or relative field.
- Ability to multi- task and be proactive & independent in a fast- paced, dynamic environment.
- Good communication skills both written and oral in English, presentation, analytical, time management and negotiation skills
