Accout Management:
- Being responsible for customer service of projects and programs implemented by the company.
- Maintaining good relationships with existing customers & develop new customers if any (not a must)
Srategic Planning:
- Attend brief sessions with clients in escort of account unit.
- Draft-up logically all brainstorming results to generate an internal deployment plan (including internal brief to all involving departments and deadline) & take lead internal cost, quotation.
- Take part in brainstorming sessions.
- Partipate in planning for events & activation: mainly in charge for execution idea, input creative ideas if any.
- Understand clients&039; businesses and provide opinions, knowledge about clients, products, market, propose strategies, innovative ideas, solutions for proposals that meet clients’ needs and expectations.
- Take control deadline for pitching.
- Research involving information, statistic, photos,… Study, analyze all related and necessary data.
- Be responsible for recap the formal brief, identifying & analyzing requirements/ necessary information to provide the creative team with a clearly defined brief that contains concise information on the product, audience and strategy.
Project Management
- Managing and coordinating between project implementation departments to meet customers’ requirements.
- Controlling Price quotes and Internal costs of projects to ensure profit for the company.
- Ensure all related project items to meet timeline & quality.
- Directly deal cost with clients & support Operation team to deal cost with suppliers if needed.
- Execute & run the event/activation on site with other Related Teams.
- Conducting project presentations with the help / participation of related Teams.
- Playing the role of project leader in implementing company projects.Being responsible for the quality of brainstorm sessions, concept orientation, ideas of the project.
Team Management
- Participating in organizing training sessions, exchanging, updating trends, organizing events, media, advertising …
- Being responsible for providing professional guidance to the department’s staff on customer service, brainstorming ability, writing proposal, presenting, making a quote, implementing an event / activation program.
- Being responsible for recruiting, training, supervising, and evaluating employees of the department
- Being responsible for assigning effective work and ensuring the quality of work of subordinate employees.
