Account Manager

Maintaining relationships with clients aiming at improving ads campaign performance.
Working, communicating, and negotiating often with internal teams to manage an advertising campaign (including the publisher management team, Finance team, technical team, and Marketing team)
Negotiating with client to get better conditions for the campaigns, for our creator and for our company
Managing dozens of campaigns such as E- commerce, travel, finance, beauty, etc. of top clients such as MB Bank, VinFast, VNPAY...

Improving the campaign performance to meet the monthly targets

Good communication, sales, negotiation, and operation skills
High- pressure capability, quickly grasping the problem and solving the problem effectively.
Good analytical skills and logical thinking skills are a ‘must’
Good marketing mindset; basic awareness of commercials.
Positive attitude, fast learner
Good English is a special advantage
High responsibility for work is a ‘must’
At least 1 year of experience in Digital Marketing Industry, Creator/KOC knowledge is preferred;
