Account Payable Accountant

Payments:

Receive payment documents from all departments in the company/ invoices from suppliers, check the accuracy of invoices and documents, ensure compliance with regulations, and follow company policy/procedures.
Communicate with suppliers/related parties to solve invoice/payment issues; reconcile vendor statements, research, and correct discrepancies.
Filing docs exclusive bank, inventory; providing supporting documentation for audit.
Prepare and submit all payment documents to seek authorization approvals, and ensure accuracy and timeliness of payment to suppliers.
Follow and review Aging report weekly.

Accounting/Others:

Check assigned Stores’ Cash vs Revenue.
Support assigned stores on all matters related to accounting.
Book Bank Receipt at VCB (OnePay)
Book Petty Cash of assigned stores.
Other assigned tasks by HOF or CFO.
Conduct reconciliation of the assigned accounts with TB on SAP systems
Member of the Internal Control Committee (ICC)

Graduated from University majoring in accounting /auditing.
Negotiation ability, proactive, ability to work independently.
Proficient in using accounting systems (SAP, ERP...)
Minimum 02 years experience in a Payment Accounting position (foreign companies are preferred).
Integrity, carefulness, responsibility, and team spirit.
