Account Payable Executive - Ha Noi office

· Submit documents to the local Authorities (VNAT, Tax Dept. …)
· To perform any other duties related to the department as assign from branch office manager and AP supervisor of Head office time to time.
· Assist the Insurance / Assistance team such as collecting money or medical report when required.
· Keep others informed by sharing information Inform product department of any product feedback
· Be responsible in payment and collecting money as a cashier in branch office.
· Be responsible checking and settlement tour expense with guides and monthly debt of suppliers of vehicles, restaurants, boats/ cruises, special activities and others land services … of tours in Northern as a Hanoi branch accountant and entry data into Peachtree software for Accounting reports.
· Coordinate with Sales, Customer Care and Product Department for service improvement opportunities.
· Be responsible in monthly accounting reports to AP supervisor of Head office (cashbook report, AP aging report of branch office, cash flow of branch office)
· To monitor and make payment advice for branch offices’ expenses: electricity, water, internet, telephone, printing, office stationery, …etc) and submit to the Hanoi office manager for approval
· Attend regular training courses to keep up to date with both account and sales procedure

· Preferable experience working Tourism industry
· Knowledge of Accounting/Finance
· Tertiary studies in accounting, finance or economics
