Responsibilities
• Developing comprehensive PR strategies and campaigns
- Manage the project from concept to completion, including budgeting and scheduling, to ensure projects are delivered on time and within financial constraints
- Collaborating effectively with the P&M Supervisor/Manager in developing strategies and plans for meeting Client’s needs based on thorough knowledge and analysis of Client’s business coupled with the technical marketing expertise to effect change
- Gaining approval within the agency and Client acceptance of proposals and plans
• Making presentation
- Handling Client responses to presentations by resolving questions or concerns, overcoming objections, and confirming understanding of key points
- Identifying opportunities to increase presentation skills and being receptive to suggestions from others
- Preparing and delivering clear, concise, well- organized, and convincing presentations
• Address inquiries from the public, media, and other organizations.
• Ensuring Innovative and Effectiveness in PR tactics
• Seek opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships, and advertising.
• Track media coverage and follow industry trends.
• Arrange and coordinate press conferences, and plan PR events.
• Prepare and submit PR reports.
• Respond to media inquiries and maintain relationships with journalists and other members of the press.
• Manage PR issues and crises.
• Write, edit, and distribute content, including publications, press releases, website content, annual reports, speeches, and other marketing material that communicates the organization`s activities, products, and/or services.
Requirements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PR software.
• Strong network of media contacts and a proven track record of successful PR campaigns.
• Creative & logical thinking
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• At least 2- 3 years of relevant experience
• Good management with internal & external process
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor&039;s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
• Ability to lead and motivate a project team
• Good communication in Vietnamese & English
• Strong understanding of the media landscape, including digital/social media management.
