Account Receivable cum Income Audit

Recommend improvements to processes as required
Performing account reconciliations
Check bills signed to Room Account and record all covers
Carry out daily checks of revenue via an Operations Audit as per hotel standards
Execute on tasks/requests as instructed by the Finance Manager and/or General Manager
Producing monthly financial and management reports
Reconcile telephone, Pay TV, newspaper revenue, guest laundry income, corrections and allowance
Maintaining accounts receivable files and records
Maintaining the billing system
Spot- check Function Diary and the settlement of function bills
Check non- arrivals, late departures, no sales/voids, management bills, bill sequence and pay- outs
Ensure Advanced Deposits are current
Generating invoices and account statements
Record Reset Counter
Reconcile and monitor commissions, housekeeper and rate discrepancies, and Conference and Banqueting Revenue against daily function sheets
Investigating and resolving any irregularities or enquiries
Assisting in general financial management and analysis

- Problem solving and organizational abilities.
- Excellent communication skill/interpersonal skill to interact with customers, associates and third parties.
- Good English communication skill, excellent content writing skill in both English and Vietnamese.
- Team- work spirit/ Result- oriented.
- At least 1 years experience in a similar role, preferably in hotel/ resort.
