Account Specialist

We are seeking a proactive and detail- oriented Account Specialist to join our team and play a crucial role in executing marketing campaigns for our ecommerce platform&039;s add- on options for our clients. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of marketing strategies and a passion for driving results through well- executed campaigns.

Project Management: Organize and manage campaign tasks, timelines, and resources effectively. Ensure all campaign components are executed on time and within budget.
Client Engagement: Interact with clients to understand their campaign objectives, provide guidance on campaign strategies, and gather feedback. Ensure clients are kept informed about campaign progress and results.
Data Analysis: Monitor campaign metrics and gather insights to assess campaign effectiveness. Use data to identify trends, successes, and areas for improvement. Prepare regular reports on campaign performance for internal stakeholders.
Serve Campaign Execution: Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns for our ecommerce platform&039;s marketing add- ons. Collaborate with cross- functional teams to ensure campaign goals, timelines, and deliverables are met. Monitor and optimize campaign performance to achieve desired outcomes.

Internship Digital Agency Background: Substantial experience working in or with marketing agencies is essential.
Ecommerce Understanding: Basic knowledge of ecommerce operations and the challenges faced by online businesses. Familiarity with ecommerce platforms is a plus.
English: speaking, reading, writing.
Marketing Knowledge: Solid understanding of marketing principles and strategies. Familiarity with digital marketing, social media, and other online marketing channels.

Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze campaign data and derive actionable insights to optimize campaign performance.
Project Management: Basic project management skills, including task prioritization, timeline management, and coordination with cross- functional teams.
Communication Skills: Effective written and verbal communication skills. Ability to convey complex ideas concisely and clearly.
Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and timelines.
Detail- Oriented: Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high- quality, error- free campaign materials.
