Account Supervisor

Job description
Client Services & Project Management:
Maintain and develop good relationships with suppliers, talents and freelancers.
Work with Planning & Creative team to develop new business proposals.
Be in charge of client services and project management during the entire project to ensure deliverables and client satisfaction.
Take the role as a Project Leader to manage the whole project and allocate tasks to the project team.
Manage quotation, pre- cost, post- cost of projects to achieve the business target.
Team Management:
Guide and ensure team members to follow company policy and regulations.
Other duties as assigned by Head of Department.
Report and align the work flow with Head of Department.
Be responsible for career development of team members.
Job requirement
Good project management skill.
Ability to handle pressure and tight deadlines.
Excellent problem- solving skill.
Two- year experience as an Senior Account Executive or one- year experience as Account Supervisor in Event & Activation or IMC agency.
Ability to pay close attention to details.
Customer Service mindset.
Excellent interpersonal skill & leadership.
Excellent presentation and writing skills in Vietnamese and English.
