JOB DESCRIPTION- Account Supervisor (Event & Activation)
Client Service:
Meeting and liaising with clients to discuss and identify their requirements and to gain insights on the needs of clients, market practices and brand awareness
Concept Proposal/Quotation:
Participate in writing proposals and conducting presentations
Take brief from client
Prepare materials and equipment for the client pitch
Brainstorm ideas for proposals
Coordinate to project team to get full materials for writing proposal
Making quotation
Project Follow- up:
Guiding the team to develop storyboards of performances, video clips, visuals following the show content
Propose/Choose the suitable supplier for the project. Be creative to drive the cost down in difficult situation without sacrifice the quality of the work.
Do paperwork such as contract, payment advance and liquidation, etc.
Prepare master timeline, checklist. Write MC scripts, program agenda, execution plan…
Working with suppliers of production, LED sreens, AV system, stage effects, Choreographer, Visual designers, Audio producers,... to develop event concept and bring it to the real show on stage
Represent the company at event onsite to take care clients as well as ensure that client issues are dealt with in an efficient manner
Do a report to client after the projects
Make a task list and allocate the resource to execute the campaign
Take responsibility for the overall project management and pro- actively advise clients on the best solutions for successful project
Liaise between the client and all third parties involved in, ensuring a timely completion of projects
Work closely with the project team to ensure client’s satisfaction
Others:
Research and study new trends or innovative case studies in Event Industry that have been done locally or globally
Keep Management Team updated with Competitors activities or Industry trend
Report to Account Manager/ Account Director on a weekly basis
Other tasks assigned by Account Manager/ Account Director
