JOB DESCRIPTION:
Build up customer relationships
Develop and maintain sustainable long- term customer relationships
Identify new business opportunities, and expand potential markets to ensure KPIs and increase sales.
Contract
Ensure contracts with strict agreements to maximize profits
Project implementation
Forecast industry trends to devise effective marketing strategies for customers and better understanding their operations
Monitor and moderate balance sheets, and evaluate results at each stage to ensure smooth cash flow for each project.
Collaborate with internal teams to control quality standards.
Assist in resolving challenge and complicate customer requests or critical situations as needed
Exchange information and answer customer requests, ensure progress, and deliver quality jobs to meet their needs.
Payment follow up
Collaborate with the Admin and Accounting departments to verify data and customer records, and debt collection support
Training
Develop Training and Developing documents/curriculum related to key skills and expertise.
Conducting staff training programs within the team
Checking and evaluating personal capacity
Report
Provide regular/unscheduled progress reports to Line Manager and BOD, as well as stakeholders inside and outside the business.
REQUIREMENTS:
Skills: Market Analysis & Research; Customer experience understanding. Have basic understanding of finance, human resources, etc.
Having at least 1 years of experience in an AS position, along with possessing relationships with KOLs and Influencers, is a plus..
Graduated from University/College with majors in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, Communications...
Good English skills.
