Account Supervisor, Project (HCM)

Identify and approach the new and potential customers.
Build/manage pipeline with clear sales forecast of on- going, coming and fighting projects
Develop good and effective contacts with right profile of assigned key contractors/owners.
Form a strategic plan for Project working and utilize it to grow sales.
Maximizing the reach of the company product range.
Develop sales programs, engage to win their project with annual given target.
Well coordinate with other sales people to serve assigned key customers
Do forecast and deliver committed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales target.
Provide innovative ideas and suggestions to improve the market presence.

Understanding & Mapping of project market.
Experience of Project Sales – 5 years.
Bachelor degree, preferably in commercial business
Presentation / negotiation skills/ Interpersonal skill
Good business communication skills.
Industries from – Interior furniture/Tiles/Paint/Building material.
Aggressive, familiar with the concerned market.
Planning capability, committed
