Job Description
Project Management:
Be a part of multi project and assist in managing overall client portfolio under guidance from Account Lead/Manager
Supervise the day- to- day operation of the project team to meet KPI and Objectives
The project type is vary from creative / content to media performance
Identify key issue in different context and perspective to deliver project objective
Join and support to win client pitching project independently with nature project under 1,000MB or purely media
Solution provider:
Discuss with Account Lead/Manager and provide marketing solution to clients in order to deliver project objectives and KPIs:
Assist in managing client expectation to ensure timelines, progress, budget, and client deliverables, while achieving the expected profit for the company: The client working with is marketing manager and marketing lead
The solutions include creative concept and branding, content and media performance
Act as the main point of contact between client & agency to take the role of supporting and consulting
Understand client vertical knowledge and product and marketing.
Client leadership:
Respond to inquiries and resolve issues to the customer’s satisfaction reach 65% NPS KPI
Provide professional support to maximize customer loyalty
Assist in building and developing strong relationships with clients team through the proposal & implementation process, ensuring that the solutions we develop meet client needs : The relationship building is from lead to manager level of client

Must have:
Strong relationship building and engagement skills
Self- motivated, can- do attitude, bring optimistic and positive energy to the team
Fast self- learning, growth mindset
Good communication, planning and visualization skills
Good at analytical skills, strong problem- solving skills & critical thinking
Have good business acumen, particularly marketing knowledge
3rd/4th- year student or fresh graduate majoring in Marketing/Economics/Business
Administration/… or any related fields and able to work full- time
English at intermediate level
Good to have:
Experience in account management/project management/professional customer service role
Effective written and verbal communication skills are crucial, both in Vietnamese and English
Have been involved in project of different categories
