services to acquired clients. The activities include but do not limit to:
● Create paperwork (campaign report slides, liquidation, payment
notice,…) according to templates provided by company and
information from Business Development Executives.● Source, connect, propose and make paperwork, suitable vendors to
provide quotation for services such as: designing, seeding, content
writing,…
● Send emails/mails or make calls to survey client satisfaction post
service.

REQUIREMENTS
Skills:
● Paperwork handling: Know how to use Microsoft word, PDF,… and be able to edit documents to the standard of business documents.
● Communication: Know how to use communication tools like emails, skype, viber, zalo
● Task management tool usage: Know or have experience in using tools like Asana, Trello or at least have used an excel/spreadsheet to keep track of tasks
● Focus ability: Be able to work in an environment with many distractions (noises, discussions,…)
● Task management: Know how to keep list of tasks and organize them into deadlines & importance
Mindset:
● Like to ask if unclear
● Be interested in marketing, preferably influencer marketing, and be willing to learn from watching more senior staff
● Know that doing small things with proper care is a good start of your career
