Key responsibilities:
Prepare monthly payment plan;
Collaborate with cross- functional teams to ensure accurate cost control, budgeting, and forecasting;
Prepare statutory tax and statistic reports as instructions by the Chief Accountant;
Track and allocate costs by project, including R&D, game development, and software production;
Prepare payment requests, ensuring compliance with company policies and tax regulations;
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, management reports, and statutory reports as required by regulators and management;
Manage GL operations, fixed assets, accruals, prepayments, intercompany, and month- end close activities;
Record, process, and reconcile daily accounting transactions in the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and compliance with IFRS/VAS and internal policies;
Support internal and external audits by providing data, reconciliations, and any required documentations;
Other tasks assigned by Chief Accountant/Head of Finance.
File supporting documents for accounting and tax purposes;
Provide administrative and operational support to the Chief Accountant and Finance team
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable reconciliations, vendor invoices, and payment processing;
Support audits and process improvements;
Required qualifications:
Solid understanding of VAS and current Vietnam tax regulations;
Analytical mindset with attention to detail and strong problem- solving abilities;
Ability to work independently and in a team; strong time management and ability to meet deadlines.
Honest, discreet, with a strong sense of integrity and compliance.
Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., MISA, FAST, ERP tools) is a plus;
3- 4 years of experience in general accounting, financial reporting, and cost accounting; experience in IT, software development, or gaming industries is preferred;
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, or a related field;
Good written and spoken English;
