Accountant (Accounting Outsource Service)

We are looking for a suitable candidate to work as an outsourcing accountant with the following main duties:

Work and maintain good relationship with Government Officers to push client’s dossiers and solve the troubles if any;
Advise the accounting/ tax regulations directly to clients under senior’s guideline;
Coordinate with other internal departments to resolve client’s issues;
Process general accounting for preparation of financial statement;
Any other duties/ tasks as assigned;
Check documents and enter data into software;
Assist senior to prepare and submit of tax declaration of VAT, PIT, CIT, FCT;
Compose the accounting/ tax services agreement;
Contact to clients to collect the accounting/ tax documents;
Assist senior to prepare and compile financial and tax reports;

Preferable have working experience directly to clients;
University graduates in accounting and finance;
Immediate available is preferred;
Good interpersonal, communication and ability to work under pressure;
Good communication skill in English IS MUST;
At least 02 years working experience in outsourcing accounting firms;
Up to date knowledge of Vietnamese accounting/ tax regulations;
Hands on PC skills and familiar with computerized accounting system;

5 working days (Monday- Thursday: 8am- 5pm; Friday: 8am- 3pm);
