Accountant cum Admin Officer Dachser Vietnam Co., Ltd

Accounting
• Any others additional task and duties required by the Accounting Manager.
• Ensure accounting record to comply with Government regulations, Dachser compliance and policy.
• Monitor accounting activities and support other departments all issues related to E- invoice, SAP and BEST KTA.
• Handle Cashier control and report as SAP KPI standard.
• Coordinate with Accounting team leader to manage the master data correctly.
• Support internal and external audit process.
• Manage daily E- invoice issueing, reporting and filling as Government regulations, support other departments all related issues.
• Follow up all tasks and timeline related to cash control and report.
Administration
• Arrange and support internal and external activities.
• Manage daily admin tasks : office management, stationary, office payment….
• Receive incoming phone, welcome guests.
• Other tasks assigned by Accounting Manager.

 Experience: More than 1 years forwarding experience
 Language skills: Fluent English both in written and speaking
 Education: Bachelor degree or above
 Computer skills: Good Microsoft office operation skill
