Accountant Executive

JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- Support the Chief Accountant to check and take inventory of actual inventory in- house
- Support to check customs clearance and process payment for VAT import, import Duty ...
- Collect Accounting documents, and VAT invoices to prepare payments such as: Making payment requests, uploading payments, and Bank statement reconciliation.
- Bookkeeping accounting transactions to Fast Accounting software.
- Coordinate with the Sales team to issue the VAT invoice to Customers,
- Follow and collect payment based on the Sales contract
- Check and verify monthly staff claims in HR system and prepare summary table for Chief Accountant’s approval
- Prepare and submit VAT report to the Tax Authority system
- Inventory and tracking of fixed assets and pre- payment expenses.
- Perform other arising operations at the request of the Chief Accountant

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Acknowledge the Fast- accounting system is preferred
- Able to work both independently as well as in a team
- Basic understanding, speaking, and writing English.
- At least 1- 2 years Accountant Position at the Trading Company
- Able to absorb and handle job requirements quickly, flexibly, and carefully
- Sense of responsibility for work, hard work, eagerness to learn, proactive and positive thinking
- Degree in Accounting and Business Administration
