JOB DESCRIPTION
Payment

Print and archive payment documents: payment request forms, invoices, POs, contracts.
Assist in scanning, storing, and organizing physical and digital files
Check completeness and accuracy of supporting documents before payment processing.
Track contract terms and payment due dates to ensure timely payment.

Documentation

Support AP team in preparing payment runs and monthly filing.

Compliance

Participate in internal reviews to ensure proper documentation and compliance.

REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge

Undergraduate student majoring in Accounting, Finance, or related field (3rd or final year preferred)

Skills

Proactive, responsible, and willing to learnPriority given to candidates with interest in accounting career path
Detail- oriented with basic understanding of payment documents: invoice, contract, PO

Experience

Familiarity with financial software and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft 365, etc.) preferred
Basic skills in Excel and document organization
