Accountant Inventories & Payment

Work closely with Group IT and support shop staff to adjust any misstatement of stock quantity in system.
Other tasks assigned by the Manager.
Maintain and manage the stock data and ensure the figure of actual stock quantity in line with the system.
Check revenue and issue an invoice.
Keep tracking and monthly reconcile Trade payable account with oversea suppliers and logistic vendor.
Prepare documents related to imported goods and duty tax payment.
Perform the stocktake at shops/ warehouse (if required).
Monthly calculate Stock cost, Cost of goods sold, Stock provision and make the proper booking into journal voucher.
Prepare the Debit Note to claim for goods shortage/ defected goods (if any).
Check and control the inventories&039; movement of shops and warehouses.
Input costs of stock purchase and logistic costs into the Tigerweb system and calculate the estimated unit cost to identify the selling price.

At least 2 years of working experience in the same position.
Willing to learn, detail- oriented, self- motivated and responsible.
Proficient in excel.
University degree in Accounting/ Auditing/ Finance major.

Working time: From Monday to Friday (02 day off per week)
