Accountant Liabilities Leader / Trưởng Nhóm Kế Toán Công Nợ

Postion Purpose Statement:

Manage Accounting Liabilities and Invoice Accounting in operation.
Perform the work of the subsidiary&039;s internal accounting.

Principal Accountabilities / Responsibilities:
Management of Accounting Liabilities and Invoice Accounting:

Check and approve minutes related to invoices and related records of debts.
Check the data on receivables before providing IT to the department.
Balance usage bills and supplement when needed for the whole Group.
Handle interaction issues and resolve outstanding issues with Sales department.
Training, guiding and answering questions for Accounts Receivable, Invoice Accountants and support at work.
Coordinate and support with departments in building and optimizing processes and systems of invoices and liabilities.
Check and approve invoice information other than service registration slips and converted invoices.
Check customer refund records and Sales department staff.

General accounting work:

Prepare monthly/quarterly/yearly subsidiary financial statements and detailed explanatory reports.
Calculating tax, making VAT and CIT declarations, contractors of subsidiaries.
Work with tax authorities and authorities when required.
Check payment records of subsidiaries from departments according to internal regulations and additional instructions if there are errors.
Perform other tasks as required by direct manager, Head of Department.

Experience:

Experience in using accounting software
Proficient in using computers (Excel, Google spreadsheet, ..)
At least 1- 3 years of experience in a similar position
Knowledge of Invoice and Tax regulations

Knowledge:

University or higher in related field
Experience of 3 years or more in accounting position
Experience in making Consolidated Financial Statement
