Accountant Specialist (Account payable & Treasury)

JOB PURPOSE: The primary purpose of this role is to ensure the efficient and accurate management of the company&039;s accounts payable, treasury functions, and related financial activities. You will play a key role in maintaining financial stability and control through meticulous recordkeeping, timely payments, and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Make an weekly payment plan.
Issue sales invoices to customers upon request.
Follow details with accounting services, support document
Work with the bank for detailed accounting. (Go to the bank, exchange rates, others paperwork with the bank…..).
Check, arrange record accounting documents and make payments.
Tracking receivables and payables from customers.
Import data accounting to MISA
Other jobs assigned by the accounting manager.

SKILL AND EXPERIENCE

Engish skill: Reading, Writing
Proficient in office computing
Ability to work independently and within a team.
Enthusiasm, Honesty, Careful
Understanding tax laws
Possess excellent organizational with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast- paced environment.
Experience general accountant 3 years or more
