Accountant Staff/Nhân Viên Kế Toán

As an Accountant at RC Engineering, you will play a crucial role in managing our financial records, including transactions, payroll, and the preparation of financial reports. You will ensure accuracy and efficiency in all financial matters, supporting the company’s strategic decisions and compliance with financial regulations.

Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports.
Assist in budget preparation and expense management activities.
Manage payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely execution.
Develop and maintain internal control and effective accounting system and policies for the set up.
Conduct detailed reconciliations of all accounts to ensure their accuracy.
Ensure compliance with statutory law and financial regulations.
Work with external auditors to ensure proper compliance with all regulations.

IELTS 6.0 or higher.
Analytical mind with strong conceptual and problem- solving skills.
Meticulous attention to detail with the superb organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Strong understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices.
Proven experience as an accountant.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with relevant computer software (e.g., Xero).
