Accountant

General Ledger Management: Manage the general ledger, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded and categorized.
Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate with the finance team to assist in budgeting and financial forecasting.
Audit Support: Assist in both internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
Month- end and Year- end Close: Perform month- end and year- end closing activities, including reconciliations and financial statement analysis.
Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with local and international tax regulations, including tax reporting and submissions.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to gather financial data, support cross- functional initiatives, and provide financial guidance.
Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow to ensure proper fund management.
Financial Reporting: Prepare and maintain financial statements, reports, and records to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
Accounts Payable and Receivable: Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
Internal Controls: Establish and maintain internal controls to safeguard financial assets and ensure the integrity of financial data.
Financial Analysis: Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision- making.

Bachelor&039;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience.
Proficiency with accounting software and tools.
Experience in working for a startup or high- growth company is highly preferred.
Proficiency in English is mandatory.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
Excellent analytical and problem- solving skills.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and standards.
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
