Accountant

- Follow up with customers, co- worker regarding overdue payments
- Adhocs task.
- Review and book routine administration cost, monthly depreciation and prepaid into the system.
- Issuing of VAT invoice and send invoices to customers
- Reconcile customer accounts to ensure accuracy
- Booking revenue + cost of sales + risk provision
- Prepare and submit monthly AR reports to management
- Maintain customer accounts in the accounting system
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding billing and payment
- Process customer payments and book them to customer accounts

- Qualified Accountant, university degree in related field
- Standard MS Office suite, especially good work in Word & Excel.
- Minimum 02 years of experience.
- A Bachelor&039;s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
- English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Qualified to work in accounting software such as SAP or others as applicable
