ACCOUNTING AND ADMIN EXECUTIVE

​1. Assist the Accountant in handling full set of account and ensure all transactions are properly accounted.
Assist the Accountant on audit and tax matters.
Compile and match documentation (PO, DO and invoices) to prepare for payment for suppliers.
Record importation of materials and ensure the completeness of documentation (Customs Forms, Purchase Invoice, etc.).
Record movement of manufactured goods (Work in Progress and finished goods).
Assist month- end closing, provide related documentation required by Accountant.
Prepare purchase requisition to purchase raw materials from suppliers.
Assist in daily office administrative functions such as office cleanliness, office supplies, documentation, filing system and correspondences.
Assist in manage inventory record to ensure inventories are captured accurately.
Issue VAT invoice to customers and update sales transactions.

Proficient in English language
Possess a Diploma or Degree in Accounting
At least 3 years working experience in a manufacturing company
Knowledge in using Fast accounting software
Well organized, detail oriented and able to meet tight deadlines
Matured, reliable, trustworthy and able to work independently.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
