Accounting Assistant Fresher/Junior

Responsibilities
• Management and make order bank for barcode stickers to ensure sufficient quantity to use within the fiscal year
• Data Management: Daily input data in Excel template upload to AIMS
• Prepare meeting agendas, schedule appointments, and arrange conference rooms follow schedule.
• Data entry and reporting: Receive, scan and attach supporting documents in SAP system
• Prepare SAP printouts, arrange documents to submit for payments every week.
• Coordinate with Cash/bank accountant in packaging, storing accounting documents effectively and correctly.
Take meeting minutes and distribute them to relevant parties. Ensure all necessary materials and equipment are available for meetings.
• Records and file maintenance: Organize and maintain physical and electronic files, documents, and records. Ensure proper documentation and filing systems are in place for easy retrieval of information.
• Collaboration with team members: Work closely with other team members and departments to
ensure effective communication and coordination. Assist in special projects and events as assigned.
Qualifications
• Ability to multitask
• Bachelor&039;s degree in Accounting/Finance
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• Proficiency in written and verbal communication in English
• Knowledge SAP system
• Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
Salary: 7- 12 million VND/month
