Accounting Assistant Manager

Fixed asset function:

- Monitor the Fixed asset register and reconcile the depreciation expense monthly to prevent the misstatement;
- Review the liquidation asset, post the entry related to disposal/ write off fixed asset;
- Support to check Finance lease asset and liabilities according to IFRS 16 as requirement;
- Cooperate with other relevant team/department to maintain the compliance and other matter related to fixed asset as requirement.
- Perform the reclassification of PPE and Investment Property and other manual entry related to fixed asset.
- Review and approval the posting asset entry related to fixed asset, tool and equipment and prepaid expense ;

Reporting function:

- Prepare the breakdown balance for each balance sheet account and perform reports as required from team leader and higher level;
- Preparing monthly reports: General Director report, Balance sheet analysis reports, Aging reports, Fixed Asset Register and other reports when requested from Accounting Senior Manager, Finance Director, Board of Directors.

- Have the understanding about the VAS and IFRS, especially related to IFRS16
- Good at team work and problem solving
- Work under pressure and multiple task
- Have experience in auditing in Big4 companies is a plus.
- Proactive and willing to learn

- 12 days of leave/year
- Lunch allowance 50,000 VND/day
