Accounting Erp System Admin

Reporting to the Senior Accounting Manager you will be responsible for:

Investigate and resolve ERP user- reported issues and system errors in a timely manner. Escalate complex technical issues to IT or vendor support as needed.
Proactively identify opportunities for system optimization and process improvement. Work collaboratively with cross- functional teams to implement changes and enhancements.
Coordinate and participate in system upgrades, patches, and enhancements as needed.
Participate in month- end and year- end closing processes, providing support to the accounting team as needed.
Manage data integration between the ERP system and other financial systems or third- party applications. Ensure data consistency and accuracy across systems.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Bachelor&039;s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or Microsoft Dynamics.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross- functional teams.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent problem- solving skills and attention to detail.
Proven experience as an ERP system administrator or in a similar role, with a focus on financial systems.
