Mô tả công việc

- Gain a thorough understanding of the company&039;s operations in the IT sector
- Encourage monitoring and reconciling accounts payable for suppliers and employees
- Assist with tasks related to tax reports
- Record accounting documents and bank transactions in MISA software
- Support review contract terms related to payment and tax terms to ensure timely payments, safeguard the company’s rights and maintain proper documents for accounting
- Prepare payment documents via Internet banking
- Organize and file accounting documents
- Assist in preparing financial reports and other tasks assigned by the Seniors Accountants.
- Coordinate and guide other departments on payment procedures, employee down- payment, etc.
- Assist in verifying the accuracy of invoices and documents

Yêu cầu công việc

- Graduate or nearing graduation in Finance, Accounting, or related fields
- English proficiency equivalent to 750 TOEIC
- Honest, precise, disciplined, responsible, and capable of handling work pressure.
- Exhibit logical thinking, eagerness to learn, and a proactive attitude at work
- Available for full- time internship
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
