WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Support to conduct monthly audits for appropriate revenue reporting and matching costs following U.S. GAAP.
- Other tasks requested by the manager.
- Support to deliver key AR/AP tasks and processes including billing, cash application, reconciliation, audits, & collections for assigned customers.
- Support to periodically audit invoice data to ensure billing accuracy. Take a proactive approach to identify and mitigate errors that could lead to collection risks.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- University student (completed thesis) or recent graduate majoring in Accounting, Auditing, Economics, or Finance
- Intermediate proficiency with MS Excel.
- Has knowledge on basic finance and accounting principles and function
- Willing to learn continuously and to adapt to new conditions.
- Has the ability to creatively redesign one’s job; self- starter
- Proficient in English both in speaking and writing.
- Has the ability to work independently, execute task well

WORK LOCATION: The District Building, 159C De Tham, Cau Ong Lanh Ward, HCMC.
WORKING HOURS: 21h – 6h (Monday – Friday) This position requires direct client interaction within the US, with working hours aligned to the US timezone from 21h to 6h.
