Accounting Manager

KURTZ ERSA, located on the banks of the Main River in Germany, was founded in 1779 and is a century- old German enterprise with a history of 240 years. We seek an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee all accounting operations in Vietnam, ensuring compliance with local regulations. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in SAP, fluency in either English or Chinese, and in- depth knowledge of Vietnamese tax law to mitigate risks.
Financial Control & Reporting:
• Manage full- cycle accounting, month/year- end closing, and statutory reporting under Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS) and IFRS.
• Ensure timely submission of all financial reports to local authorities and HQ.
• Prepare accurate P&L statements, balance sheets, cash flow forecasts, and management reports.
Tax Compliance & Strategy:
• Prepare and file tax returns, handle tax inspections, and manage relationships with tax authorities.
• Stay updated on changes to Vietnamese tax laws and implement necessary adjustments.
• Develop tax optimization strategies while ensuring full legal compliance.
• Ensure strict compliance with all Vietnamese tax regulations (CIT, VAT, PIT, FCT, Transfer Pricing).
SAP S/4HANA
• Ensure accurate financial data entry, system integrity, and efficient financial processes within SAP FI/CO modules.
Regulatory Compliance:
