Accounting Manager

The Accounting Manager to supervise, track and evaluate day- to- day activities. Accounting manager’s responsibilities include establishing financial status by developing and implementing systems for collecting, analyzing, verifying, and reporting information.

Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department;
Work with Auditors to complete reports;
Perform tax reports, financial reports as current regulations;
Update new tax regulations, compare and brief any change and impact to our business (When necessary);
Doing related reports as requirement including Financial statement and manegement reports.
Meet financial accounting objectives;
Supervising the AR, AP functions, monthly closing of accounts;
Supervising, tracking, and evaluating day- to- day activities. His/her responsibilities include setting financial status by developing and implementing systems for collecting, analyzing, verifying, and reporting information;
Monitoring and analyzing accounting data and producing financial reports or statements;
Managing a set of accounting activities to ensure compliance with generally accepted accounting principles, corporate policies, and external audits;
Handle reports as requirement;
Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions; Coordinate with Finance to set up master data management purpose;
Coordinate forecast budgeting;
Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions;
Working with stakehoders for related tasks;
Assign projects and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracy;
Other tasks assigned by line Manager.
Establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies, and principles;

Qualifications & Working experience:

Proven working experience as Accounting Manager or Accounting Supervisor
At least 5 years of experience in Accounting and tax compliance;
Experience in tech companies in a big advanted
BA/ BC degree in Accounting or Finance;

Skills & Personal Attributes:

Having deadline commitment and good task management skill to cover the scope of works requires;
High integrity and responsibility.
Advanced computer skills in excel, the accounting software;
Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations;
Ability to direct and supervise;
High attention to detail and accuracy;
Be quick leaner and comfortable to work in a challenging and fast- pace working environment;
Ability to manipulate large amounts of data;
Having “can- do- attitude”;
Be able to work independently; Proficient in English;
