Accounting Manager

Under the supervision of the Senior Accounting Manager, provide Accounting assistance, especially on Tax & Treasury tasks and oversight of accounting functions

A - PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITY
• Provide supports to Senior Accounting Manager to complete the statutory statement with external auditor as schedule (Prepare data for Tax / Internal / External Audit as per the requirement of the Accounting Manager).
• Monitor Intercompany vendors’ transactions.
• Process invoices of Tax & Customs Vendors (Input the CD to Import tax file, Make a tax payment, Prepare stamp & scan to Genpact for posting, Update payment to Tax file, Post AP of WHT, VAT, Work on SAP for clearing the Vendor open items).
• Process T&E claims.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Facilitate guideline of ensuring all statutory accounting records maintained in accordance with best accounting practice, legal/Tax / TAS requirements and ACM (Be in charge of VAT / WHT / CIT / Statistic monthly, quarterly & yearly reports).
• Monitor all banking transactions.
• Other accounting duties as per the requirement of the Senior Accounting Manager
• Process related payments of FX hedging after getting the approval.
B - SPECIAL REQUIREMENT
• At least 5 years experience in Finance and Accounting field in FMCG, referable for foreign investment company
• Good attitudes towards company target.
• Core competency skills: time management, problem solving, priority setting, interpersonal savvy, integrity and trust, composure & listening, highly motivated, energetic & willing to learn, ability to maintain confidentiality, organizational skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft applications and accounting software, SAP experience is an advantage
• Deep understanding Vietnamese Tax regulation and VAS
• University Graduated in Accounting/Finance or similar
• Good communication skill English/Vietnamese
• Experience in handling various accounting and tax tasks
