Accounting Manager (Retail)

Accounting & Finance Management:
Manage cash flow forecasting and propose effective utilization plans for the Company’s financial resources.
Supervise the preparation and ensure the accuracy of financial reports, tax reports, management reports, and reports required by the government and the Group.
Ensure timely and accurate submission of all statutory reports (tax, financial, statistical).
Take legal responsibility as Chief Accountant of the company.
Monitor compliance with Vietnamese accounting, taxation, and other regulations; propose solutions to mitigate risks.
Review, control, and approve accounting transactions, vouchers, and reports.
Financial Control & Reporting:
Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial plans on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis for the Company.
Coordinate with KOHNAN Shoji Group in Japan to make relevant reports as required.
Provide accurate financial analysis and insights for business planning and management decision- making.
Develop and maintain effective internal control systems.
People Management & Team Development:
Lead, manage, and develop the Accounting Department members.
Build a professional, transparent, and efficient working environment.
Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide training/coaching to enhance team capability.
External Relations:
Build and maintain effective working relationships with external partners to ensure compliance and smooth operations.
Act as the company’s representative in working with external stakeholders: Tax Authorities, Auditors, banks, and relevant Government agencies and partners.
Process & System Improvement:
Develop and operate efficient accounting and financial systems.
Propose and implement improvements in accounting and finance processes, policies, and systems.
Participate in continuous improvement activities to enhance efficiency and compliance.
Other tasks:
Other tasks assigned by the General Manager.
