Accounting Specialist (Reporting)

Reporting:

Manage monthly and quarterly group reporting package
Manage monthly internal reports
Manage Transfer Pricing reports
Manage VAS financial statements and other related statutory financial reports
Manage IFRS reports
Manage VAS reporting system and ensure the smooth working of VAS reporting system on SAP

Month- end and year- end closing:

Prepare monthly and yearly financial statement (BS, P&L, CF)
Manage periodic closing process to ensure all accounting recorded properly and reporting submitted timely

Accounting compliance & process

Manage and storage all accounting documents to ensure all accounting book are fully and easily to find
Understanding system to enhance system control & automation
Work with Corporate Internal audit and external audit for statutory auditing
Responsible for coordinating cross- functions in accounting to further improve end- to- end process

Have knowledge of SAP/G- ERP system
Enable to work under the pressure
Intermediate English communication skills
Good understanding and knowledge of accounting standard (VAS/IFRS), tax, legislation, company policy and SOPs
Willing to work overtime when needed
Strong communication skills
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
Good command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Enthusiasm, carefulness
Bachelor degree in accounting/finance/auditing
