Accounting Staff

•Functional responsibility in area of financial specialization
•Generate regular accounting reports
•Prepares general ledger entries by maintaining records and files; reconciling accounts.
•Process payment invoice for timely payments, including coordination with purchasing dept on proper documentation (e.g. PO / RR)
•Prepare payment schedule and expense analysis report
•Ensure that the company procedures are implemented covering payment/ purchasing policies on all types of purchasing
•Maintain proper accounts receivable payable records
•Produce tax records and statements
•Plan and perform monthly financial close and reconciliation of accounts
•Prepare monthly aging analysis report
•Assist in development of accounting systems, procedures and controls
•Keep informed of financial and legal regulations
•Assist internal / external auditors in performance of audits
•Project work as assigned

•Bachelor Degree in Accounting / Finance
•Be able to write and speak English
•Over 2 years relevant experience
