Accounting Supervisor

• Collect and payment of shipping cost, WH tax and profit transfer


• Report for PIT, CIT and other kind of taxes


• Reconcile payroll detail with HR and record in the system


• Follow up and reconcile AR & AP. To do AR & AP balance confirmation yearly


• To review and monitor the Ƅalance of Inventory


• Verify, allocate, post and reconcile transactions of depreciation, revenue, COGS and expeditures


• Assist Manager to do Financial Statement, Cashflow, Forecast report


• Support Subordinates with Statistics Report and prepare other reports assigned by Manager.


• Maintain accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures


• Guide Accountant by coordinating activities and answering questions to ensure proper adherence to policies and procedures


• Research financial, accounting problems and recommend actions to assure resolution of such problems


• Help with quarterly and year-end financial audit activities and audits from authorities


• Assist Manager with tax, audit and another compliance responsibilities


• To keep all finɑncial information CONFINDENTIAL

• Graduated from University in Finance or Accounting major


• Plus knowledge in Import-Export & Customs Procedure, International Payment Procedure is preferred


• Previous experience in Finance or Management Accounting Team would be an advantage


• Prefer having experience in ERP system and creating financial statements, budget and forecast


• Strong communication skills in both English and Vietnamese (verbal and writing)


• Good skills in MS Office with building charts, utilizing pivot tables, and having analytical ability


• Must be able to problem solve, work in a fast-paced environment, be organized and efficient, and can multitask


• Honest, positive thinking, initiative, good decision making
