Accounting Supervisor

· Prepare the document and send it to the AP accountant for processing a payment following the company&039;s policy
· Reconcile warehouse- related accounts and investigate any discrepancies.
· Monitor inventory levels and participate in physical inventory counts as needed.
· Checking and booking invoices (Asset, purchase goods, common exp,...)
· Assign tag numbers to fixed assets.
· Record fixed asset acquisitions and dispositions in the accounting system following the policy of company.
· Other ad- hoc jobs assigned by managers.
· Collaborate with warehouse staff to investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
· Record inventory transactions, including receipts, transfers, and adjustments.
· Manage and reconcile inventory records to ensure accuracy and completeness.

· Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in related field.
· Requires enthusiasm, initiative, and effective judgment in a fast paced, results- oriented environment.
· Demonstrated experience in proposing and driving change initiatives/improvement programs.
· Minimum of 1 years of prior supervisory experience in a production- manufacturing environment, preferably within food.
· Good at MS Office (Word, Excel).
· Must be receptive to sudden and frequent changes in priorities.
· Solid oral, written and listening communication skills necessary.
· Good in English communication is a MUST.
· A hands- on work ethic with creative problem- solving skills, disciplined, consistent and hard worker.
