- Checking ENT form and concern bills then posting expenses in Non- Hotel- Support for General Accountant
- Checking Office check (OC) then posting expenses in Non- Hotel- Support for General Accountant
- Posting expenses from Debit Note/Preparing Debit Note to send to Others Bus- Support for General Accountant
- Trade Union reporting end of each Quarterly
- Checking ENT form and concern bills then posting expenses in Hotel- Support for Asst Chief Accountant
- AP Supervision
- Following email everyday to advoid missing mail in posting expenses and solve problem
- Following prepaid invoices and alloction/ reconciliation expenses
- Checking Office check (OC) then posting expenses in Hotel- Support for Asst Chief Accountant
- Checking Bank of Vietinbank and making clearing account- Support for General Accountant
