Accounts Payable Supervisor

General Job Description: The Accounts Payable Supervisor is responsible for management, coordination, and monitoring of the Vietnam accounts payable operations.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
• Oversee accurate and timely daily processing of vendor invoices
• Ensure proper approval / authorization of invoices
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies between receiving and invoicing
• Ensure timely processing of invoices, to minimize Goods Received Not Invoiced
• Ensure that all regular monthly invoices are processed as of month-end
• Confirm accuracy and completeness of documents prior to processing of invoices
• Perform a reconciliation of Goods Received Not Invoiced to International shipping documents at month-end
• Hiring, training and supervising accounts payable staff
• Perform account analyses and reconciliation, including reconciliation to vendor statements monthly
• Propose AP processes, policy improvements and standardization
• Coordinate Payment Processing with the US Accounts Payable Manager

• Experience with AS400 based ERP systems a plus
• 5 years’ experience in processing accounts payable
• 2 years’ experience managing accounts payable clerks
• Furniture experience is prefertable
• English is a must
• Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills

• Ability to communicate and coordinate with the US based Accounts Payable Manager
• Highest level of accuracy and integrity
