Activation Supervisor - Distributorship

This position is responsible in ensuring that all KPIs for Brand Activation Team is achieved.
• Work closely with ASM & Project Management in providing marketing and trade support to sustain the operations
• Execute the Activation Plans and responsible in delivering the business KPI’s for each member and the whole team
• Ensures the installations and activation of ECO Apps in the distributor’s network
• Manages and directs the brand activation teams in achieving the KPI’s for the distributors in the area
• Monitor and provide regular updates on the development of activation operations and identify issues and difficulties for actions
• Identify and open distributors in the assigned areas and convince the distributors to use the SM Apps for their salesmen
• Ensures to maintain the active users every month and identify those in-active for support programs

• Must have a strong personality with a good sales background and demonstrated performance
• Must have a knowledge and exposure with FMCG market and operations for at least a year
• Must have a good communication and presentation skills with high level management
• Must have an experience in managing sales team and distributors for at least a year
• Must have an understanding and experience in DMS Operations
• Be able to communicate in English (oral & written) is an advantage
