We are currently seeking an Ad Operations Executive to join our Ho Chi Minh City office. This role will be instrumental in managing ad operations for our digital mobile content services, helping us expand globally while ensuring efficiency, effectiveness, and profitability. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with extensive experience in online ad management and digital performance optimization. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1- Connectivity Partners Management
Provide insight and support to enhance the effectiveness of gateway usage, including reporting, troubleshooting, and optimization initiatives.
Conduct regular follow- ups and establish daily coordination with connectivity partners (gateway), ensuring integration aligns with AdStart’s strategic goals.
2- In- House Advertising Overlooking
Effectively manage and resolve client and partner complaints, ensuring minimal disruption and maintaining high client satisfaction.
Identify and implement extra monetization strategies tailored to align with business objectives.
Strategize, monitor, and adjust cap arrangements to drive optimal revenue through traffic flow distribution.
3- Outsource Advertising Overlooking
Maintain daily tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs), monitor and optimize traffic source effectiveness, and ensure that partner performance aligns with AdStart’s targets.
Oversee settlement reports, invoices, payment processing, and financial transaction tracking to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Manage partner integrations from top to bottom, including offer setup, testing, and troubleshooting, collaborating closely with tech teams to ensure seamless deployment.
Initiate outreach, negotiate agreements, and develop integration strategies with new traffic sources, including Google, DSPs, and affiliate networks.
Coordinate daily with the sales team to support ad operations and ensure optimized revenue streams.
4- Sales Operations Management
Continuously track profit margins and optimize ROI through data- driven insights and responsive strategy adjustments.
Develop and refine promotional strategies across various campaigns, monitoring the impact of sources, caps, and scrubbing.
Conduct regular competitor analysis and market research to identify emerging opportunities and areas for growth.
Collaborate with the sales team to address and resolve any issues or operational bugs affecting campaign performance.
REQUIRED ATTRIBUTES:

Familiarity with Google Suite/ Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
Strong Organizational Skills: Capable of managing multiple tasks, partners, and reporting duties simultaneously.
Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with offer setup, testing, and troubleshooting to support effective partner integrations.
Fluent English: Essential for effective communication with international partners and teams.
Analytical Expertise: Strong analytical skills for monitoring KPIs, managing cap arrangements, and data- based decision- making.
Financial Acumen: Knowledge of invoicing, payments, and ROI optimization to drive financial efficiency.
Problem- Solving Skills: Proactive in identifying and addressing issues to maintain smooth operations.
Nice to Have:
Familiarity with Visual Analytics Platforms (e.g. QuickSigh, Tableau)Familiarity with Project Management Tools (e.g. Jira, Basecamp, Zoho).
Familiarity with platforms for partnership/ campaigns management (e.g. Affise, Everflow).
Hands- on Experience with DSPs and Media Buying Platforms.
