Ad Operations Specialist

Trading Inventory and Data Partnership: 40%
• Make advantage offer with partner for data solution to enrich inventory and Data for DMP Tracking the revenue of publisher and solve the issue from publisher (if need)
• Cooperate with tech team to make sure tagging implement well
• Dealing with OTT/Publisher for buying inventory with best price and quality
Execute and optimize digital media campaign: 60%
• Work with sale team and internal DatVietVAC to daily running/monitor and optimize campaign
• Analyzing campaign performance and providing optimization recommendations
• Budget management including: assistance in allocation of monthly budgets, issuance/revisions of monthly insertion orders, oversight of client’s billing and financial reconciliation on a monthly and quarterly basis and resolution of media invoice and ad service fee discrepancies
• Daily optimization and management of campaigns within individual Adnetwork/DSPs and Platforms
• Work with Tech team for pixel/tag generation, implementation and quality assurance.

- Need experience working with
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
Programmatic ad- DSP (DV360, TTD, AppNexuss), SSP (GAM,...)
- Must be passionate about media and the technologies used to support online and/or mobile advertising operations: ad serving, audience management tools, inventory applications, HTML, XML, and third- party ad tags
- Experience working with Publisher and OTT in Vietnam.
- MUST love and be curious about data analytics and how that affects the bottom line
- Knowledgeable in CRM, Bigdata, 3rd party tracking, Ecommerce business is an advantage
- Experience in digital/media platform is preferable.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast- pace environment
- Experience with digital ads trafficking is required.
