Admin Manager duties:
• Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes
• Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations
• Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities and tradespersons (e.g electricians)
• Keep abreast with all organizational changes and business developments
• Manage schedules and deadlines
• Organize and supervise other office activities (recycling, renovations, event planning etc.)
• Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints
• Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations
• Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation
HR Manager duties:
HR system and process and procedures
- Develop a system of regulations, rules and processes in Human resources.
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
Human resources planning:
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy;
Compensation & benefits:
- Maintain pay plan and benefits program
- Develop policies, regulations and manage activities related to human resources: probation, employment contract, salary, bonus, annual leave, timesheet, social insurance, unemployment insurance, third- party insurance, union funds allowance payout, perdiem, travel policies, etc
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Develop and ensure implementation of the Performance Evaluation system (KPI) and Employee Competency Assessment
Recruitment:
- Implement recruitment and employer branding projects to meet the long- term and short- term needs of human resources;
- Manage the recruitment and selection process
Learning & Development & Training
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs short- term/medium- term/long- term team development and provide internal development opportunities for employees
Staff relations & retention & compliance:
- Maintaining good relations with employees to understand their needs/concerns and promote a positive work place.
- Act as a bridge between the Board of Directors and employees through addressing demands, aspirations, conflicts or other issues;
- Capable of handling complain/conflicts between employee and Board of Directors
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
