Office Administration & Facilities Management
Track payables and coordinate payments for administrative procurement activities.
Manage office supplies: planning, purchasing, inventory checking, and cost control.
Arrange transportation, meeting rooms, and guest reception when required.
Manage office assets and equipment such as furniture, printers, electrical tools, and other facilities.
Manage pantry items and consumables (milk, coffee, snacks, drinking water, fruits, birthday cakes), including stock control.
Document & Records Management
Draft administrative notices, internal announcements, and standard forms.
Maintain and organize administrative records, service contracts, and related documentation.
Internal Activities & Event Support
Provide administrative support to the Board of Management and other departments as assigned.
Prepare logistics and administrative support for meetings and training sessions
Support internal activities such as monthly birthday celebrations, happy hours, and company events.
Yêu cầu công việc
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position
Graduated from University/College majoring in English, Law, Business Administration, Office Administration, Human Resource Management.
Strong passion for providing vital support
Have attentiveness, adaptability, friendliness, responsibility, and a cooperative mindset.
Strong command of informatics, including proficiency in G- suite tools and familiarity with simple design software.
Skills in both oral and written communication, as well as expertise in planning, organizing work, and event coordination.
