Job Duties & Responsibilities
Recruitment (Full Cycle)
Develop Recruitment fanpage with news and contents writing, developing recruitment brand.
Finding suitable candidate, conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and prepare job offers.
Training & Onboarding
Develop and assess internal training effectiveness.
Organize onboarding training, labor safety, and ISO training sessions.
Foreign Employees Management
Apply Foreigner permits: Work Permits, TRC, Visa, … and other legal procedures.
Support foreign experts with employment- related issues.
Development
Develop HR processes and document templates.
Develop company records: company regulations, democratic agreement, salary scale, policies…
Propose ideas and implement improvements to the working environment
Internal Events & Communication
Implement internal communication initiatives to maintain corporate culture.
Organize internal events, Year- End Party and company programs with creative.
Comply with IATF 16949:2016, ISO 14001:2015
Implement and maintain standards within the company.
Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with requirements.
Prepare, update related documents
Laws update
Update and follow the Law system and monitor the obey of employees
Review and suggest idea to develop company and comply with laws
Document control
Prepare Monthly report, Quarterly report & bi- annually report of HR Department
Drafting, archiving internal notices, letter and decisions
Administrative management included:
Cleaning
Canteen
Garden
Stationery
Other HR Tasks
Propose ideas and personal opinions to contribute to the development of the department and the professionalization of the company culture.
Other tasks assigned by the Admin- HR Manager
Yêu cầu công việc
· At least 3 years of experience as related duty.
· Strong as foreigner permits/ IATF/ ISO/ design will be given priority.
· Careful, creative- innovative thinking, meticulous and work proactively.
· English fluency in 4 skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing)
· Bachelor’s degree in Laws, Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office, Canva.
· Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
