Admin Officer

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruitment & People Development

Assessing the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities; creating and executing learning strategies and programs.
Developing and administering human resources plans and procedures that relate to company personnel: Responsible for attract talents and conduct recruitment process;
Responsible for define & promote company culture, develop positive encouragement through incentive initiatives to inspire and motivate employees to perform at their best;

Office Management

Setting up and managing operation such as monthly all-hands, yearly company trip, end-of-year parties, healthcare program and more;
Ensuring all legal and regulatory documents are maintained, managed, filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations;
Shall be responsible for other duties as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENT & QUALIFICATIONS

Knowledge and experience in organizational effectiveness and operations management, general finance and budgeting, human resource principles and practices;
Proven a minimum of on 1 - 2 years experience in an HR, Admin position;
Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment is a plus;
Self-energized and inspire others with positive attitude.
Excellent communication skills and ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners and employees;
Experience with HR roles and and understanding of Vietnamese HR law is a plus;
Bachelor degree in, HR management, or related field;
Have interpersonal skills, strong personal and professional judgement;
